In the upper unit, a spacious living/dining room with 14 foot ceilings opens up onto the terrace with a negative edge plunge pool overlooking the ocean and pristine beach. Enjoy sunsets year round, relax, have a massage on the terrace or have a private chef come prepare a traditional meal for you and your guests. The middle one bedroom unit, has a small plunge pool, incredible views to the beach and a large gringo tree growing in the middle of the bathroom. It's a perfect retreat for a honeymoon or romantic getaway. The lower beach house, has the largest pool and an upstairs bedroom that opens up to the beach beyond. This house is literally on the beach. The breathtaking beach at your backdoor is never crowded (almost deserted) and free of annoying vendors. Costa Azul Resort is steps away and offers an array of adventure activities. They have a huge pool, with swim up bar, and their restaurant/bar is right on the water. A nine hole golf course is just steps away as well. One of the best restaurants in town, Mar Plata, is just across the street. In the pueblo of San Pancho, which is about a 10-15 minute stroll away, you can experience the quaint charm of Mexico, including excellent places to eat, taco stands, artisans, and interesting shops.
